RED SEA is a private advocacy program supporting students and their families both at home and in the school with various disabilities and levels of severity.
RED SEA is designed for students with disabilities to reach their educational dreams. This program provides parents with trusting resources to ensure their child/ children receive the best support and make adequate progress in all areas. RED SEA also places emphasis on providing strategies and best practices for managing children with disabilities in the home.
Research shows that a key component for families of disabled children is to offer a continuation of common support mechanisms at home. With the combination of support at home and in school, the child’s growth potential doubles when utilizing tools such as language, consistency, and routines. Children are better able to close their achievement gaps and progress close to or on the same level as their peers with this level of support. RED SEA masters the art of increasing expectations for students with disabilities which is proven to enhance performance and success rates, thus closing the achievement gap!
RED SEA supports students by offering home services that focuses on academics and behavior as well as school advocacy to address legality, fidelity, and implementation. Our mission is to fully engage students and better prepare them for academic and social success by ensuring appropriate IEP services, school placements, and high academic achievements.
RED SEA is the missing puzzle piece in student learning success.
RED SEA helped ensure my sons were fully supported at school after an incident occurred. RED SEA made sure the school did not over restrict their academic environment all while collaboratively creating supports and plans to meet their needs. Without RED SEA I was unable to have my voice truly heard.
